"The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo."

"The hotel room was not like the pictures and described. With the suite we reserved, we expected a separate room for the king which is not available, which I paid extra for. Also we were charged an additional $5.00 because of the company who owns the hotel(IGA) calls it a destination fee. The room was clean and pool was nice. Left too early to try breakfast."

"Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous."

"Asked the guy at the desk for a pack and play for my little, I got the paperwork signed everything and went upstairs. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait.
