"45 minute wait to check in, pool and hot tub were filthy on Saturday and Sunday, dripping shower head. They did not make the bed during stay . Overpriced . Ran out of towels had to ask for them. "

"Very friendly service. Great stay - breakfast and evening meal included. Saw some pets, so it is pet friendly. Room was nice and had a big walk in shower. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. We like a cool room, and we were able to keep it cool for comfortable sleeping. "

"We were SORELY disappointed with our two-night stay for many, many reasons. The front desk wanted to charge us 15 dollars per night for a crib, weren't willing to provide more than one extra pillow, and gave us a hard time in requesting more bath towels. Our television didn't work properly ... had maintenance to come and fix it, it worked temporarily, and ended up not working again. The pool area, disgusting! utterly disgusting! A kid threw up, someone cleaned the area with a water bucket, swept it up, and there was no sign put up for it. We saw the whole thing ... disgusting. Safe to say, we exited the pool area and never came back. Lastly, the noises on fifth floor, doors slamming, people screaming, and etc. We hardly slept ... We will NEVER go back to this place and wouldn't recommend it for anyone that wants some peace, relaxation, and good time for self or the family. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING since this was our first time in Pigeon Forge."

"Loved the proximity to all the attractions and restaurants at The Island! Staff was great! Pillows were not very plump but bed was comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Loved the balcony. Indoor pool was really warm. Super close (5 min) from Patriot Park, to catch trolley to Dollywood. The traffic noise from the parkway was really really loud, especially late at night. A lot of cars with loud mufflers. Sounded like race cars. I still was able to fall asleep due to being completely exhausted from our days. I would still definitely stay at this hotel again. "
