"Was put in a room where the indoor pool was - the bleach smell was so strong it made us sick, made our eyes water and burn plus it made our throats scratchy, we were traveling with a service dog and he got very sick from the fumes. The staff did not have another room at the time so we packed up and left. Do not recommend anyone stay in the rooms located inside the indoor pool room the bleach fumes are overpowering. Plus was told the vents inside the pool room were closed at night so the smell is incapsulated inside that area therefore that’s all you smell inside and outside your room. Not healthy at all. "

"This place was fabulous! The lazy river was so much fun along with the pool and hot tub. We stayed another day because we were so pleased with everything. My six year old enjoyed the fun of everything and I got in the lazy river with him. You won’t be disappointed. "

"We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this hotel near The Island in Pigeon Forge! The location couldn't be better, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was a nice perk. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, but the manager truly stood out—when our reservation had a mistake, they were so understanding and fixed everything without hassle. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Floor in the room was dirty. Items left on the floor that were very visible. Bathroom floor extremely dirty. Comforters were dirty. Microwave was not even near a plug in. Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful with any questions. The indoor pool is a little cold, but the room is warm. They have activities for all ages. Highly recommend."
