"Close by to everything in pigeon forge and not to far from Gatlinburg. A great stay when you have kids! Out of everything we did while in town, my kids favorite part was the resort and the pool. "

"Upon arrival i stood in the lobby with another person waiting over 20mins for soemone to come help us we called the number on his sign it still took him a little bit to come help us check in. There was a big mess in the check in area like they had started repairs just left it the staff is unfriendly. The elevator was scary and needs work asap. My second night there the man at the front desk called me and claimed he needed my card info because i was due to stay that night and he needed it before i arrived. I told him i checked in the night before and i was not due to pay anything he wasnt getting my card. He looked again and said i had two reservations and the card on file wouldn't go through. But i refused because i only had one reservation in which i did change once. He said forget it he'll cancel it. I was blown away and felt immediately like the property could not be trusted. We checked out a day early because of this. My parents stayed here with us in a different room under their name. Their room was so dirty and lacked towels. Food was left in fridge, tub was dirty, toilet paper was wrinkled dried from being wet and they had no back up. Our tv wouldnt work properly and it wouldnt let me share my phone for our kids. The breakfast was nasty, gravy was water. Milk was left out and spoiled. Cereal was stale. Eggs tasted like powder eggs. Sauage was under cooked and soggy. Bread taste off. Cleaning Staff kept saying no english when we needed stuff so we gave up trying. "
