Very large and comfortable room, with beautiful views of the city. For the most part the service was excellent. The gym was small and a bit run-down, and there were a few dings in the furniture in the room but otherwise the level of maintenance was acceptable. The food and bar options on the property were excellent, though generally high-end. Having at least one casual option other than the pool-side would be nice.

We have stayed here several times based on its proximity to Nana plaza and the awesome staff and ability to get high off of the street where it's a lot more quiet. Great VIP lounge and extremely short walk to the bars at Nana.
