Water wasn't working.. pool is not at the hotel

Pool is at the hotel next door.. not in this hotel.. room was ok but just water in the shower and toilet.. not in the sink.. a little weird.. but the stay was ok for the money

Si bien no es un lugar muy lujoso, creo por el precio está bien y sobre todo la ubicación es muy conveniente. El servicio es bastante promedio pues además no hablan inglés y no logran comunicarse con los huéspedes.

Never Again!

4 days out of 10 with no water either in the morning or at night. The bed skirt, sheet and pillows were stained and disgusting. Room was falling apart and shower barely sprayed any water. The rail off the balcony on the 4th floor was so rusted that I almost fell. No English and the kitchen/sink/breakfast/food storage was all by front desk in the open. There is no pool as advertised! It belongs to the hotel in the back. The refrigerator had gross disgusting left overs form previous guests.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в 2014 году, было все отлично.В этом году решили повторить, то что мы разочаровались мало сказать, мы просто в шоке... На ресепшене даже не поздоровались, везде какие то тряпки,мусор, грязь.В номере дверь на балкон заклеена скотчем, скрипит, везде пыль... Очень разочарованы,на следующий день уехали в другой отель, находится там было невозможно... Настоятельно не советую, единственный плюс- расположение отеля

Be my guest butique hotel was clean and staff was nice. They don't own pool, but you can use neighbour hotels pool. Good value for money.

No reservation but paid

We had a terrible dealing with this hotel. Once we arrived we had no booking but had paid through Wot if. They had no room available for us. The staff had very limited English which made it extremely hard to communicate. Once we spoke to the owner it was discovered that it had been sold and our reservations not carried across. It was very stressful. However Wot if refunded us and were very apologetic and helpful.

Hotel double booked our room

Turned up at 11.30 at night to find our booking was deleted as hotel double booked our room. They had no other rooms for us and we were stranded so we had to book into another hotel for that night and then we booked another hotel for the rest of our stay which was absolutely beautiful, Kata Garden Resort and thank goodness they had spare rooms. Would not recommend the Be My Guest Boutique hotel as very unprofessional to do that to our prepaid booking and Wotif were very good and have arranged a full refund for us :-)

Centralt placeret og tæt på indkøb og marked!

Desværre ikke så godt et hotel som det giver sig ud for på Hotels.Com Viser billed af en swimmingpool som desværre ikke er deres men naboens, og en udendørs aircon som larmer så meget at det var umuligt at sove om natten. Selv om jeg prøvede at gøre opmærksom på dette over for personalet, blev der ikke gjordt noget ved dette, fordi ingen af hotellets personale kunne nogen som helst fremmedsprog (Engelsk). Simpilthen for dårligt når man vil føre sig frem som internationalt Hotel. PS: Morgenmaden var desværre meget spartansk. Vælg hotel lige over på den anden side af gaden, meget bedre og nyrere og samme ejer, men køb morgenmad ude i byen, da det ellers foregår på hotellet på modsatte side af gsdan (Be MY Guest)

À notre arrivée dans la chambre la réceptionniste nous à prévenu de ne pas ouvrir la grande baie vitrée car celle-ci était cassée. Nous avons voulu malgré tout la fermer à clé car elle ne l'était pas, et elle est sorti de ses gonds. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, requête qui a été gentiment accepté. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit double confortable mais à côté un petit lit d'appoint pour la 3ème personne qui était très inconfortable (dormir au sol aurait été plus agréable). Nous avons donc dormi à 3 dans un lit double. Les coffres des 2 chambres ne fermaient pas. Pendant le séjour nous avons retrouvé un gros couteau de cuisine sous le matelas du lit d'appoint. La réceptionniste n'a pas été choquée une seconde et n'a pas eu de réponse à nous donner, hormis un "sorry" que nous lui avons soutiré. Autrement la réceptionniste était gentille, aucun problème, mise à part le fait qu'elle ne parlait pas anglais, mais en thailande nous avons fini par avoir l'habitude.
