The staff at the front desk are not friendly. They saw us standing at the Starbucks and waiting to get coffee they didn’t even acknowledge us and tell us they no one is working there, we had to walk away!

This is the worse hotel stay ever. First off there is a computer in the lobby with a person on the other end to help you check in. How in personable. This place was filthy outside (trash everywhere in stairways, etc.) and the room wasn't much better. We didn't have a blanket, towels, or even a trash ...
