"Needed some maintenance. Noticeable water on carpet in first room from rain. Clearly known because sliding door was open in attempt to dry it. Room should not have been rented. When pointed out to hotel staff they found us another room. At least 3 whirlpools were not functioning."

"Loved staying here. Unit was like an apartment and supplied with everything we needed from pots and pans to detergent for washing clothes. Very spacious and clean. Only issue with our room was a leak in the ceiling which i reported at the end of our stay."
