"There were bugs in our room and they moved us to the room directly next to us. Bugs there too. They acted like no big deal and that they were dirt. I didn’t know dirt crawled and bit. Didn’t try to accommodate us in anyway. Just said oh well. We will spray when you leave."

"We were there for four days and no one came to clean our room...they told us originally they would clean our room every other day then changed it to every 3 days but never cleaned our room...they apologized but I feel like something else should have been done"
