"We had to abandon our stay because our room a/c would not budge from 75°. When the temperature outside was 110°, the room felt stuffy with 3 people. When I tried calling the front desk, I was put on hold for at least 30 minutes and eventually hung up on. Also the bathroom door is the worst idea ever. ..."
