"How can I start.. we had cockroaches in the bathroom.. our roof leaked (twice) during rainstorms.. we reported both issues to the front desk and asked for assistance.. they sent housekeeping with a towel. The bed on my wife’s side was soaked .. also her laptop on the night stand was wet.. luckily ..."
