Accommodations were acceptable bed comfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work even though we downloaded the application. Nice park down the street for dog walking. Refrigerator was great.

For our first time here this place was great! Area was peaceful, clean, and there is a local park which is walking distance. In terms of our room, it was small and lovely. It had everything we needed for just a one night stay. It was clean and organized and smelled delightful! Overall we had a wonderful experience staying here!

Great place whether you're coming into town on business (like myself) or for pleasure. The building was easily accessible along with the actual unit and everything was super clean. As soon as you walk in the front door of the building, the smell is really nice. I'll be coming back whenever I'm back for business.

Worked well for my daughter and I in a pinch. Was very small and we stayed for 4 nights and only had 1 towel each. Other than that, checking in and out was easy, the keypad entry is nice. Parking down the street was always available and the location was close to a park and other necessities. Felt safe and it was quiet.

We really liked this place. It was extremely clean, updated, and decorated well. It is rather small but was sufficient for our one night stay. The location was good and easy to get downtown. Parking out front is only two hour parking 8 am-10 pm but there is free parking any time a block away. One word of caution, they require a deposit for incidentals that you must send via Cashapp or Venmo for them to send you the entry code. All that being said, we did have a lovely stay, and I look forward to the return of my incidental deposit.

The property is clean, quiet and safe. What we don’t like is the room is warm, we get this property because of parking, and a place to sleep, but we can’t sleep comfortably because it’s warm, not well ventilated, windows are closed and in the Fan/Ac nothing coming out, how I wished there’s a portable or electric fan so atleast there’s an air circulating.

Good stay…read fine print

The room was comfortable and secure. There are cameras at the front door and hallway. The room was pretty small but it was good for the stay. It was clean as well. The hotel soap and shampoo was a nice touch. There is a mini fridge in there. Please be aware that no one who isn’t on the reservation is not permitted on the property for safety reasons or you may lose your deposit. There seems to be a property manager and an owner. The property manager had a hard time reaching the owner in regards to the stay. Other than that the stay was good!

Overall place was nice with updated finishes and overall clean. The bedding and curtains were bare minimum of being cheap, inconvenient and uncomfortable. Reviews were misleading regarding the neighborhood. Neighborhood is full of abandoned buildings and homes. No uncomfortable interactions with neighbors but there is no where to go and visit/sit/dinning within immediate walking distance (you wouldn’t want to walk around the neighborhood anyways.) Park nearby was very loud during the day. Neighborhood was very quiet at night. Was easy to get to the city by car. Parking in front of the building was always easy and convenient.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
