"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. Staff and especially Manager Kerry were super helpful and charming. Dinners and lunches were also very good. Service was spotty and a bit haphazard.
