"Rachel was very welcoming on reception and explained everything. Rachel was engaging about our stay and that we had visited the hotel several times before. Breakfast was booked and had plenty of options in the morning and was more than satisfactory. The rooms are clean, warm and pleasant. Previously we had enjoyed the spa but did not have the time this visit. However, we will be visiting again in the summer. Great location for us and secure parking."

"Very dated property still looks like old peoples care home, decor very dated with stains on walls, Dinner menu was good unlike breakfast very limited menu with many cold items. All staff very accommodating but all in all over priced for the quality of accommodation and over charging for parking, for what they charge to stay and facilities supplied the parking should be included , "

"The Pub is wonderful, very friendly staff, we had the Sunday lunch with was big and delicious. Rooms are very spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. It's a very dog friendly pub but there's only one negative point which is there is no bin to put the dog poo bag in. There is a great garden at the back with a stream which will be great in the summer. We had a great stay thankyou peach pubs."

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."

"The room was clean, unfortunately there was quite a lot of mold in the bathroom. The sleep we had wasn’t great and the beds was so comfortable that I was really looking forward to a decent night sleep. I think the hotel need to be mindful when children are being booked on and to maybe place them away from people who don’t have children. All we heard was screaming and crying all night. The staff was amazing, the food was out of this world and worth it!! I would return, just hopefully have a good night sleep if I did "
