"Overall, we had a good stay at the Best Western in Pembroke. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptional everyone we dealt with at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We arrived late in the evening and were a little disappointed that our Rewards VIP bottle of wine wasn’t in the room. It also would have been nice to have vending machines that accepted debit or credit cards, or at least bottled water readily available after hours. That said, the front desk staff...

"Hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning . No restaurant on site but there are restaurants close by. Large park with splash pad and playground for the kids across the street.Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again"
