"I booked this place because I thought my son would like it but I ended up enjoying it too. The property itself is a basic three star older hotel. Rooms are small and simple and beds are not very comfortable especially if you don't like firm beds. But it was very clean and I actually like having a bathtub. But obviously nobody stays here for the room. The chocolate design touches were cute and fun. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast. I expected it to be full of cheap products and...

tub that was perfect after a long day of exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cappuccinos. Grounds offer many spots to sit, relax and take in the views. Although the house is located on a main road ( traffic noise during the day) it was very quiet at night. "
