"This property is stunning. Right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants & attractions around. The pools were both lovely and we made use of them both. We stayed in the majestic suite. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in [apart from my own]. The suite was also styled amazingly. There were a couple of things that I felt weren't quite right [ possibly won't bother others] amazing dual vanity in bathroom area, but no hand towels [or place for any to hang]...

"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. Die Lage ist wirklich gut – man ist relativ nah am Strand und kann vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Parken war problemlos möglich, was ein klarer Pluspunkt ist. Das Zimmer selbst war einfach, aber okay. Ich hatte ein Gemeinschaftsbad, das zwar sauber war, aber persönlich nicht ganz meinen Geschmack getroffen hat. Das muss man einfach mögen – für mich ist ein eigenes Bad angenehmer,...

"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

"The view wasn't as shown in the room photos. The restaurant was closed all weekend and we weren't told that when we booked. The internet was patchy at best. The best part was the gin distillery next door."

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street."

"The property was average. We booked a room with a pool & ocean view, only to find the furniture in the room was situated to look away from the pool view. There was nothing unique or especially outstanding about the property. It was quite tired looking. Best feature: It's just a walk through the trees to pristine beaches."
