Restroom door did not latch to close. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Eggs and sausage were cold. Juice was so watered down it was undrinkable. It was a good stay, the only problem this time was no wifi or Internet.. we stay here quite often , this is the first time we have had this problem. Otherwise it's always a great stay.

no hot water in bathroom sink, low pressure shower with a crappy head, no heat or vent in bathroom, flourescent bulbs everywhere make the room look like the crack den it likely is worse, they charged me $50 on a card as a "no smoking deposit" that has not been refunded. AVOID

The location is great, right off the interstate and near many restaurants, shops, and a mall. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
