Only thing we think could improve is the massage services can always be better, and have more diverse offerings with varied therapist that are more confident.
The other thing was that the room service was always great but even tho there was moments we didn’t want anybody in the room they still came in to clean up…

A bit of a climb or a few euro taxi journey from Penafiel's town centre, the Park provides very comfortable rooms – with bathtubs, WiFi and smart furnishings. Staff extremely friendly but a little slow – took them ages to look for (and not find) a map of Penafiel, explain things, etc. Spa consisted of two saunas, dry and wet, both quite large, and a nice-sized jacuzzi. Pool out of commission as there was an exercise class going on – no-one at reception said. Breakfast a spread of nice breads,...
