Near to everything that Colombo has to offer but with its own unique identity and a beautiful lake and wetland reserve area, the town is worth considering as your base when visiting Sri Lanka - and nowhere is more welcoming, comfortable or hospitable than Villa 53. "A great hotel with great facilities. The change rooms / amenities area was fabulous even down to provided blow dryers. Fantastic pool area, very well kept. We had a club room on level 7 with complimentary nibbles, soft drink, tea and coffee throughout the day and evening. The afternoon tea included three choices of hot food , and a variety of sandwiches. Complimentary happy hour also included three choices of hot food and assorted finger food. Great services from all staff encountered"
