I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

The hotel is right on the harbour and easy walking distance to the cathedral snd into Palma. Our room was on the 7th floor, amazing view of the whole harbour. The road outside is busy snd some roadworks going on but it didn’t cause a problem. Room was clean, spacious and obviously recently refurbished. Pool and terrace area not huge but could always get a sun bed. Nice bar and food served too. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly english speaking staff. I’d recommend.

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. The Innside is a clean modern Hotel located approx 5 minutes walk from shops and bars and a further 10 minutes from the old town. We were met at the apartment by a lovely lady who showed us around the flat. The flat was very modern and well equipped. It was in the ideal location for shops, supermarket and restaurants. We had a small balcony which was ideal for people watching. It can be noisy with the traffic and fountain but once the balcony windows are closed, the noise is eliminated. Cathedral is literally 2 minutes away.

The position was great. Lovely views overlooking the yachts in the marina. 10-15 minutes walk along the harbour front into the town centre. 5-10 minutes walk to the hip Santa Caterina area and its mercado and bars and restaurants. The pool was great and towels provided. The hotel has an interesting curvy exterior. The reception is very contemporary. The bedroom was comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect. Very happy with our choice.
