The staff in this hotel are excellent, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and resolve any issues. The hotel is nice and what you'd expect from a small 5 star city centre boutique hotel, however there were some issues. The air con was inconsistant and the shower was a bit crap. The breakfast was lovely and we did recieve a free dinner in the restaurant due to the air con issues. And i must say the food there is first rate

Absolutely incredible hotel! The room, the food, the decor & the facilities were beyond Amazing! Our flight home was cancelled last minute, so we ended up finding this hotel by chance & so glad we did - because it is now one of our favourite hotels in the world! The staff were fantastic & the night manager Luis, who checked us in - was so helpful & so kind! 100% recommend staying here!

What an unbelievable stay at Hotel Gloria De Sant Juame! The property itself is absolutely stunning. 16th century charm with modern amenities. The 24 hour rooftop pool is an absolute must, listening to the church bells while looking at the stars above. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and each room has it's own unique charm. The on site dining facilities at Patio De Gloria were exceptional for both dinner and breakfast, and their bartenders are incredibly skilled for those pre bed cocktails. Of all the amazing things about this hotel, the single most shining positive was the staff! Every staff member was incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly and really cemented the 5 star experience. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had so much charm! The pool was amazing and we so enjoyed our stay. The icing on the cake was when we had a very early taxi to the airport and they packed us a little breakfast picnic. Highly recommend!

I normally don't review hotels but for this one i will gladly do it; the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing, extremely helpful and delightful. The hotel itself beautiful, clean, extremely well located and the rooms were spacious and everything perfect! The restaurant of the hotel was spectacular, we had dinner there on our first night and were completely blown away by the quality of its kitchen, a fact that was several times confirmed at breakfast every morning were everything was presented and done to perfection. This hotel is a 7 star disguised as 5 stars, would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay at the perfect location with just the perfect staff!

The Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume is exquisite and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean with huge windows and a large bathroom with a sizable shower and two sinks. The spa was very nice and we enjoyed taking a quick break in the sauna and steam room before taking a dip in the pool. The water jets and waterfall were a nice touch as well. The rooftop plunge pool was lovely and it was nice to rest in one of the sun loungers after a long day of walking around Palma. The hotel staff was the best part of our experience at the Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. Everyone we interacted with from the moment we arrived was friendly and helpful and made our stay truly special and memorable! We offer a special thank you, to Joaquim, for all his time helping us plan things to do during our stay and all of the recommendations he made for restaurants to try. Thank you to Alexia and Daniela at the front desk for the friendly greetings and dinner reservations. We also thank David, Alex, Lisa and Aida for their friendly service in the bar/restaurant. It made our experience that much better to have such amazing service. The hotel is also very well-located, close to all shopping and dining. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.
