Loved our stay. Peaceful, relaxing, felt very pampered with the luxurious towels, robes and spa. Nothing we didn't like about it.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at a Canopy treehouse that had a great view of the farmland below. The fireplace is handy on cold nights and sunrise was picturesque from the balcony. Breakfast provisions were ample and we enjoyed our beef and reef dinner package too. Overall it was an excellent stay

Tree Kangaroos!
Beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend the summit walking track as the views and nature just within this property are unmatched.
The room was advertised as having a washing machine and dryer. Although our room did not have these the staff were very helpful and washed our clothes for us.

The location is great with excellent views and wildlife. Onsite managers are friendly. The cabins were clearly very luxurious when built. Fresh bread and scones on arrival was a nice touch.
Property is now a bit rundown however. Tears in insect screens were a bit of a problem. The laundry was filthy - I had to wipe out the washing machine and then run a "blank" cycle to clean the washing machine before I would put my own clothes in there. There was nowhere to dry clothes once washed - a wall-mounted dryer had been removed and there was no clothes rack or line.
On arrival at the cabin, we were told - only then and not before - that we had to take our shoes off before going inside. This is impossible for me as I have arthritis in feet and ankles and can't walk without support of proper shoe soles. I explained this firmly and it was agreed I could leave shoes on, but it was an uncomfortable "welcome" and I felt uncomfortable about it the whole time I was there. It really should be on the booking information as I wouldn't have booked there if I'd known that was the "rule".
Breakfast was included - this turned out to be a tray of half-thawed sausages, bacon, ham, meat patties (none of which we would normally eat) with some eggs - and one tomato and two mushrooms - which was provided on arrival. A less meat-based option would be really appreciated these days, and no more than two days worth of thawing meat should be left at any one time.
Mt Quincan was fantastic spot to get away too. The treehouse cabin had everything you could want. Totally secluded from the other cabins.
Loved the choice of outdoor or indoor shower.
Lots of nearby wildlife. We spotted three tree kangaroos, a green possum, couple of wallabies and plenty of scrub turkeys.
Windows which had beautiful views were dirty on insides, you could wipe them and would leave dirty marks on your fingers. bit average for such a good location

We have been to quincan a few times. Each time we go recently the facilities are a little less kept. The little details are missed
We enjoyed our time here in a very luxurious tree house. The view over the countryside incredible from a great height. Breakfast provisions provided were most generous.
We saw wallabies, brush turkeys and a tree kangaroo. The crater a great viewing point.
We wanted for nil. Just a very relaxing environment where you can do as little or as much as you want. Lots of great walks to hear the birds .

A piece of paradise!
The Cabin was well appointed, quiet and surrounded by nature at its best!
Close to shopping amenities, cafe's and Restaurants as well as sightseeing, terrific views in all directions.
Loved the location, wonderful views and lots of wildlife. Great food and the little extras like the roses, port and chocolates make it so romantic. The possums at night are so friendly and we also saw tree kangaroos. Wonderful experience.
