"The name of the area is apropos as you should breeze past it and not stay here. Room was a hot box, in Alaska of all places. I mentioned it to the desk and was told they would move us if the heat was broken. When I stated the heat was off yet it was stifling, they said they were full and couldn’t move us. Clerk said we should open the windows on the first floor unit.
Returned for our second night and they didn’t clean the room. “What do you need?. They said they were short on help.
NEVER AGAIN should we ever return to Seward. They did offer to comp a breakfast."
"Delightful comfortable property with a friendly hostess who fed us well at breakfast with great food and wonderful conversation. Very close to great restaurants and shops and close to the water and gorgeous vistas!"
"cozy spot with a full kitchen, I slept really well. Its a historic building so it has some character, for myself that is the preference over staying at a chain motel."
