The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

我訂了3間房.到櫃台辦理住宿時.櫃台跟我堅持只有2間房.要我自己打電話跟hotels.com確認 服務人員非常的差. 我拿訂房資料給她看.她說她看不懂.要我自己跟平台聯絡. 問題是平台根本不接電話. 讓我急死了. 最後櫃台人員又說有3間房. 但每間都不同房型. 我再給她看訂房資料. 3間都一樣價錢. 怎麼會不同房型....到最後她又說好吧. 同房型 隔天退房時.說我們有多人使用早餐. 問題是我們根本沒訂含早餐的住宿. 根本沒下樓用早餐. 退房時也是很糟糕 這飯店的人跟電腦都很有問題

Alles in allem gutes Hotel an ruhiger Lage
Schöner Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Top Wagyu Burger, feiner Thai Tee, allg. feines Essen. Wellness gut, Preise eher hoch für Thailand, aber gerade noch OK. In Walking Distance zu Strand Restaurants und 24h Einkaufsläden. Hotelstrand eher bescheiden, Liegen teilweise noch mit Hundespuren. Dürften etwas gepflegter sein. Im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen/Stauraum für Kleider, sonst alles prima.

The front desk person who checked us in misinformed us, which later caused a problem for us at the restaurant, which has a great view. The same staff member came storming into said restaurant and chewed us out before admitting it was his own error. We asked 3 times to meet and give feedback to the GM about this. No such thing was able to happen for us. While it’s a pretty hotel despite the copious amounts of mold on the poolside lounge cushions, we won’t be going back due to poor staff training and lack of accountability by management. There are too many other great places along the same stretch of beach.

Good to stay and hang outside of the hotel. Basic
Weather was great. Front desk manager JJ was super helpful . In general staffs are nice but not all are good in English and service is rather slow. The staff who checked me in gave me the wrong info on Accor members can get 50% off on food at restaurant - till when I was paying to. Find out only special members gets discount. Whatever . The hotel is basic not much amenities . The pool and chill out area is very nice and relaxing though. Food is just so so.

Amazing Hotel, rooms were super big and clean. Sun sets are next level. Highly recommend. HOWEVER... the address listed is wrong so I missed meeting and had catch transport every where as I booked based on location listed

Unexpected experience
My family (parents and sister) and I stayed for 2 nights 3 days. Arrived om Friday, there was a company group activity on the ground floor like a team buidling. Kind of surprise as I didn’t to this, it was noisy but we didn’t mind much. On second night — Saturday, there was a pool party managed by hotel with loud and noisy dancing songs. Also, we didn’t expect this too. Thought that hotel would be private, chilling, and peaceful type, may be we were wrong about it after all. In term of cleanliness, on arrival day everything was fine. But on second day, sanitary bags haven’t refilled, empty can of cola left onthe desk, hair on floor. The rest are fine, service mind staffs, and hotel ground and scenery were quite nice. Breakfast got variety of food, taste is ok. Restaurant quite packed, there were additional tables due to high traffic. Bunk bed — personally unpractical with low ceiling makes me feel suffocated. But bedding is good.

Everything is good. The hotel has one rule of using pool towel and need to return it rightaway at the pool, not allow to take back to tge room. Its quite weird for mecspecially i have kids which need to walk back to the room with cold air. The staff should allow to take the towel back to tge room will be better care for customer.

Arrived at Veranda resort very early (9am) and was greeted by the extremely helpful Fon at reception. Fon managed to complete the check in by 10am. Thank you Fon for your friendly and accommodating service. The resort itself is beautiful... large, modern,cozy rooms, nice clean well equipped gym with steam room and a fantastic pool. Family mart close by and many restaurants a short walk away. Will definitely return to spend some more time in the future. Entire staff was very helpful, fun and friendly.

Great pool Terrible beach dirty and not safe for children Limited food available on site Poor location as you need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Stay was spoiled by poor management little things that could easily be fixed, Like, if I want to take some cereal back to my room for my 2 year old who was not up as we had a bit of a late night I was told no takeaway allowed. I would have to order room service and pay for it. Or when paying for the most expensive room in the place I should be able to have a lie in and not be disturbed by the noise of chairs and tables being dragged above our heads and making the room vibrate at 6am as they don’t know that you can put sliders on chairs and table legs in the restaurant above!! Despite several complaints completely ignored.

Lovely resort for getaway
Lovely resort, very beautiful and comfortable. Only thing is it is far (about 20-30 mins) from pattaya city. I would suggest the resort should have a complimentary shuttle service. Also we stayed in a family suite which had a small private pool which had a plastic spoon and wet tissue in it which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned.

I hate to complain about anything in Thailand but sadly staff had no idea what is going on at this resort. Only time in 20 years of travel in Thailand have I had such terrible service. The resort itself is beautiful 1. They cancelled our taxi to and from bangkok international airport . Reason: some unknown person cancelled it , they said! 2. Woke me up from deep sleep after midnight to ask me if i wanted to charge taxi at 630 am to room or pay cash! That ruined my sleep for the whole night 3. I decided to check out 1 day early and paid all my bills but they forgot to bill me for some drinks! I was embarrassed to find out that they hassled my other friends to pay for it when they checked out the next day 4. I left some drinks at reception to keep in their fridge , they were unable to locate it the next morning! The staff were all pleasant enough but like my friend said, it's like fawlty towers. Someone in management there needs to up their standards. I am embarrassed to have recommended my friends to stay there based on our previous wonderful stay at Veranda in Chiangmai.

Good location by the beach. Staffs were busy during check in and weren’t attantive or informative enough to give Wifi password and I just expected more welcoming atmosphere during check-in.
