"Visiting Bordeaux for the first time, our host made us feel welcome and provided an excellent overview of the town, places to see, a few (very excellent) food recommendations and was available the whole stay to answer questions. Our room was perfectly prepared with everything we needed. The location made for easy walking to markets/attractions and also the tram. We had a fabulous time thanks to George’s fine hospitality."

"This property offers the perfect combination of apartment living(no kitchen) and boutique hotel. Units are located in tastefully renovated French mansion with modern finish. Bedding is high end and comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary and served on the patio. The owner is very pleasant and hospitable. Would highly recommend. "

"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

"The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. However, the shower water pressure was extremely weak—more like a gentle trickle than a proper shower. As someone with long hair, I found myself spending nearly twice as long showering as usual. After the first night, I mentioned the issue to the front desk and asked whether it might be possible to change rooms. They told me a technician...

Our room was unbearably hot, especially at night, and despite multiple complaints, staff repeatedly insisted there was no problem and made us feel as if we were exaggerating or lying. What made this even more frustrating is that family members staying in another room at the same hotel had no issues with their air conditioning. After they checked out, we requested a room change, but the hotel refused, continuing to deny...
