"The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient, at the front desk Nick was very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have a coffee machine and a mini fridge which is great to start the morning. The location is great the subway/metro station is right across the hotel so you can get anywhere quickly. There are a lot of restaurants near by and roof bar terrasse to go to. Special mention about Christina and the gentleman on reception morning of 12 October (sorry didn’t get his name), both were excellent, knowledgable, professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the hotel are the greatest asset. One suggestion - drawer(s) are needed in the rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay."
