We booked the hotel because it had an outdoor pool, it was 100 degree outside and when we arrived the pool was closed. They didn't want to give us a refund right away, we are still waiting for them to resolve it between expedia
Very outdated. Furniture mismatched, beat up and rickety. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Hallways smelled musty and of old smoke. Room smelled strongly of Lysol, which they were spraying liberally on the carpets as they cleaned the rooms.
Average hotel but the non smoke room still reeked of smoke as well as the hallways … my room was on the first floor… bathroom very cleaned…room good size … but I am not a smoker and I am sensitive to smoke…

This hotel is on a beautiful property, but the rooms need a real updating. I was put into a first floor room that smelled like smoke and food and was unlivable. The desk worker was very nice and very apologetic and put me into a second floor room that appeared to have been updated somewhat. But there was mold in the tub and the new flooring had big gaps indicating it wasn't installed professionally. The housekeeping staff were great-very friendly and acomodating. Hallway carpets are dirty. There is a bar that's only open on Fridays. They should have it open every night. Wyndham should close this site and completely remodel it.
Parking lot was dirty, walked inside and lobby was dirty and smelled. The guy behind the desk wasn’t friendly. We got our key to room 106. It smelled so bad. There was a bug on the wall and ceiling. In the bathroom rust and dirty floor.
I walked right out and went back to front desk. I told him the room was dirty, smelled and had bugs and I wanted my money back. He just said “okay.” He handed me a statement and sat back down.
