This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great views and kind staff

Very kind personnel, large room with a fantastic view. The location is OK, except that neither Paro nor the Tiger's Nest is not within walking distance.

Amazing place to stay. Staff is really nice and helpful. Wold be happy to recommend this property. Though it’s far from Paro but someone wants to look for an peaceful environment it’s best place to stay..close to tiger nest.

Excellent stay close to Tigers nest

Excellent location, nice surrounding and view from the rooms, clean and spacious rooms. Room and bathroom equipped with heaters making it comfortable for winters. Good Service and great breakfast.

A perfect abode in Paro for Tiger’s Nest Monastery

We were 2 couples who wanted to have a silent, quaint new year’s eve in the foot steps of Takthsang Monastery. This is just the perfect little place with all the facilities and amenities of a Big hotel. Well done up rooms, perfect linen and a bathroom well fitted as per 5 star standards. The staff of few ladies were very polite and made sure all our food requirements were nicely taken care off. The rooms have a fantastic view of the Tiger’s nest and is just perfectly located in the village at the foothills of the famous attraction

Cozy with a great view

The view is amazing. You can see the Tiger's nest and there was mountains all around the hotel. In general Paro is colder than Thimpu. We are feeling so cold, but the staffs were very helpful. They gave us extra room heater and blanket. The breakfast was refreshing. A very good stay I must say.

Externally not impressive, however very modern and satisfying internally. Basic small hotel. Access road is poor and best way to get to town is walk 5 mins to main road and take a taxi. Hotel runs a overpriced car service to city center in a rikity old tiny car. 20mins to Paro city center. New facility and everything works. Decent sized rooms. No TV but you don't need TV in Bhutan. Good wifi. Decent breakfast, did not try dinner. Very good value for money.

My family quite enjoyed our stay at Taktsang Village Resort located in the quiet and beautiful Paro Valley. It boasts a terrific view of the cliffside on which is perched the famous Taktsang Monastery. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. We were well cared for by the staff, who were both cordial and prompt. I would strongly recommend this spot for those looking to visit Bhutan.
