"Very convenient area with shopping malls around you!! About 30 minutes to airport. Convenient parking underneath. A couple of notes for the hotel: 1. The TV drops in an out so it's unwatchable 2. I don't understand why you have a stove top but no frying pan? I can't fry bacon in a saucepan. Other that that, lovely room and staff and I'd stay again. "

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices"

"The breakfast buffet was very ordinary The coffee machine was broken and the cranky lady in charge was than going to charge us for coffee from the barista Not good and she was rude The room had stains throughout the carpet and the skirting boards need repainting The restaurant was quiet small and we couldn’t get a table for dinner but the reception staff were nice and friendly Overall the place looked very tired"
