"Amazing sunrise view from the room"

"The staff was amazing. Very kind, always polite and very helpful! The room in general was clean and it was a place to rest our heads. The bed is a little hard for my comfort, but for some people who like firm beds it would probably be just fine. Same thing with the pillows. I need a fluffier for my pillow. These were very soft and a bit flat. So again it’s really based on preference. Breakfast was subpar in my opinion too. It had basic things like coffee, frosted flakes and juice and toast and a waffle, but it really wasn’t a variety of fresh fruit or anything non-processed. The property in general needs a refresh desperately. Things are just worn out and worn down. While generally clean without a doubt, it was very old and things needed to be refreshed. But again, the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall, it was a decent option to rest our heads."

"Definitely needs major changes. Yes apparently we had a room that was redone. But the building is so old that didn’t even help. Wasn’t able to cancel my reservation even with insurance protection. Luckily we only needed the room was a short stay after a party we had attended. Next time I know to listen to friends what hotels to stay at. "
