"The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything. "I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!! "

"Wow!! I was not expecting this level of thought and attention to detail but this place is a textbook example of what a short stay apartment should be! It was large, clean, well furnished, and thought given to every need of its guests. Ivana was extremely personable and helpful...so easy to communicate with and so quick to respond.
