"Staff was amazing! Had a wonderful time with a clean room and thought it was a really neat place. The staircase could be difficult for some, as it's obviously an old one built when treads weren't as deep. Nicely set up room, though small in size. Would definitely stay there again! The only downside for me was lack of a soft pillow though flatter pillows appear to be more standard in the UK. "The place was right around the corner of rail station, so easy to get to. Was quiet for being so near to railway. The free laundry set up was very convenient; even provided detergent. Would stay there again. Thank you."
