"The room was clean. The outside of the property was messy. Overflowing trash. Trash in parking lot. The pool area was filled with smokers and people drinking. Not inviting to take my young grandchildren to."

"We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds. When we went to our room the smell in the room was awful. I asked for a new room. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. He gave us a new room. This room smelled better, but had a different smell (like a mildew smell). The room itself seemed to be in good shape. The only other thing that we noticed was that the carpet seemed to be pretty dirty (after showering and walking only in the room, our feet were dirty)."

"We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. The house was clean, and contained a coffee maker, little stove/oven, sink, and full fridge. It was an easy walk to the public beach access and the Rooster Salon. It was close to the...

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I would like to see is an elevator put in. And maybe a little bit more choice for a breakfast. Waffles was the only thing offered for a hot breakfast. Other than that, very nice place to stay!"

"The room we had was so inadequate, no door on closet, electrical outlets with no plates on it. Hallways were dirty as was elevator. One elevator was out it order just like a year ago when we stayed there. This hotel should be closed until they finish renovations. Fire alarm went off and we couldn’t hear in our room, never bothered to check on guests.worst hotel ever."
