Great location to Rocket Arena, literally across the street!
Not well managed, seemed short of staff. Couldn’t reach front desk from my room phone with issue with tv remote. So missed a World Cup match.
No coffee!!! In room or lobby, nothing complimentary. I was directed to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee but only one person was working & didn’t have time to wait, so just requested my car $60 for 1 night valet and drove to a gas station & headed home.

Great boutique hotel. Design great but not over-top. Warm and comfortable. Bar and restaurant first rate. Stayed five days and ate breakfast four and dinner three. Housekeeping exceeded expectations. All employees friendly.
If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati.

"Convenient location. Hotel needs updated and maintenance. Outlets were so loose adapters would not stay plugged in. Also, always check if there is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bottles. Get in the shower and only shampoo."
