Hands down the STINKIEST, least maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed it. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The smell on the first floor corridor and the first room we were assigned (105) was horrific. Stank of raw sewage. Staff were aware of the ‘long term’ problem and agreed the small was crazy and moved us to 108 ( less stinky side of the building ) - whilst grateful for the move, seriously unimpressed they tried to put us in there in the first place when there was availability elsewhere?!. Arrived late into the evening in the middle of a long drive - wanted to walk straight out but with small children felt we couldn’t take our chances elsewhere. Place was genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Really rude staff member

Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast. I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.

La recepcionista cuando llegamos no ayudaba mucho, no sabía nada de español y tampoco hacía nada por intentar el inglés, tuve que hablar con el traductor del móvil en francés, los otros dos recepcionistas que me encontré durante mi estancia si que fueron más amables (en España en cualquier hotel saben idiomas para ayudar al cliente) Respecto a la habitación para dormir está bien, quizás tendría que tener las sábanas puestas por lo menos en la cama supletoria de arriba (litera) ya que subirse a hacerlas es bastante complicado El baño bien excepto la ducha que era demasiada pequeña y apenas te podías mover para ducharte por lo demás bastante bien La ubicación fue buena ya que el tren está muy cerca y puedes moverte al centro facilmente Hay un centro comercial pegado a la estación

Transporte perto e lojas. O hotel para Eurodisney da 15 minutos de transporte. Gostei muito do hotel, fomos muito bem recebidos e bem limpo. O transporte em Paris, e muito bom, são interligados (trem, metro e ônibus) e para no aeroporto.

2persoonskamer was echt heel klein. Je kan je spullen niet goed kwijt. De douche was ook heel klein. Maar het hotel ligt goed bereikbaar van de metro en winkekcentrum. Ze hebben een optie om eten te laten bezorgen. Het ontbijt was simpel maar goed.
