As advertised. Decent accommodation, and that's reflected in the price. Conveniently situated right behind the Marche aux Puces St-Ouen, with easy access to metro and tram lines. Clean and delivers on its promises.
Staff were helpful enough, area surrounding the hotel was filthy, breakfast choices were very limited although I paid for breakfast I never actually had it as my food allergies prevented me from having any of the small selection.

Liked: Cleanliness
The property has everything you need for 1 night, it was clean, staff present to support with questions. The area around the property felt unsafe and dirty. Not worth the price paid, but was sufficient for the last minute booking
This room was perfect for our 1 night stay! The lady checking us in was very lovely and helpful and we were able to check in early for only €10 (plus city tax). I see a lot of comments saying that the room was too small, that the rooms smelled etc. but you have to remember that in Paris, smoking is so common, you have to expect that a lot of things and places will smell of cigarette smoke. If you have done prior research on Paris, you will have been told that the bathrooms and rooms are often small, especially if you are booking on a budget! This is so normal for Paris. One thing we noticed that was amazing, was how well the window blocked out the street noise! The bed was perfect for our sore bodies after over 24hrs of travel. The mattress that we had in our room was on the harder side, which myself and my husband like, so if you can only tolerate soft mattresses, keep this in mind! All in all, we are very very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others and stay here again!
Not safe to stay with family
Bad area bad staff and not clean and shared bathrooms

Disliked: Amenities
Great location near public transit (bus and metro), but the room quality was disappointing for a Cabrio property. The space was tiny, basic amenities like hand soap were missing, and we unfortunately found bugs in the room. While it served its purpose as a basic place to sleep, the cleanliness and standards need significant improvement.
The worst place for tourists.
Room are stinky as toilets, and there don’t have toilets and bathroom attached inside the room.
They provide common toilets and bathrooms
For which you have to queue up in line, as all the guests of that floor uses the same toilet and the bathroom.
Not at all recommended for families, not even for the bachelors.
The worst experience a human can ever have.
Such a bad start I had in the Paris.
Had to check out next morning, despite being booked for two days and had move to another hotel with a new booking.
Room too small for two persons. No air conditioning.
At times toilets were overflowing with water and non-functional.
Breakfast was just OK.
Staff could do with responding to a guest saying, "Bonjour".
Guests aren't doing staff a favour by staying there. A welcome smile costs nothing.
Nonetheless, value for money.
Good price. It is pretty clean and kind of modern. You get what you paid for. No AC so it might get really hot in the summer, staff was able to provide a small fan during my stay to help with the heat.
