More of a business hotel, about a 5-7 min walk from the Marie de Saint-Ouen Metro station.
We had two rooms for 3 adults & 2 kids, with a spare bed provided by the friendly hotel staff, which also spoke fluently English. The rooms had a shared door in-between that allowed us to easily go back and forth between the rooms.
Great value for what you get - in ~30 min you can reach downtown Paris by Metro, Sacre Coeur in maybe 15 min, which makes this a pretty decent location. There was a lot of construction going on next door so it got noisy in the early mornings - no big deal if you can keep the windows closed. But on hot days you might want to open them as the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the room somewhat cool.
