Location of the hotel is very convenient, near the metro station, restaurants, shopping center. The hotel has the underground parking space, but it should be reserved during the booking of the hotel, as there is limitation in quantity. Apartment has all one need for a short or longer stay.

Everything is wrong with this property ! Poor housekeeping (they forgotten completely), weak water pressure for shower, small WC room, no replenishment for toiletries! Bad smell, run-down condition! Avoid this property at all cost !

Lors de mon arrivée en ce mardi 1er juillet et en pleine canicule, l’établissement m’informe que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Aucune compensation n’est proposé par l’établissement sauf si on négocie et seulement 10% à été fait.

1 semaine au global dans l hôtel. 3 nuits sans chauffage et 2 nuits avec un lave vaisselle qui tourne sans arrêt. Le personnel a fait ce qu il pouvait (reparation, changement de chambre…) et m a même offert le PDJ pour 2 matin m.

El departamento está muy bien de tamaño y cuenta con tiros los servicios y cosas necesarias para tu estancia. Cuenta con lindas vistas y está rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes y a solo unid minutos del metro de la Defensa. El desayuno estaba muy bien servido, el personal fue amable aunque cadi no hablaban inglés.

Good place to stay with a very good price

We booked the hotel for a visit to Paris, although it was not in Paris. With the price that we paid (with keeping this in mind that we were there during Easter holidays) it was a great place to stay. It is specially a good choice if you are also deciding to visit Paris and having a car. The hotel itself had a parking space, but we decided to use parking places at the streets around it.

Extrêmement décevant

très médiocre. Problème de chambre à l’arrivée. Au lieu de deux lits double nous avions un lit double et un canapé lit. Problème de propreté dans le couloir ainsi que dans la chambre. Sachant qu’il y a des voisins qui sont propriétaires d’appartements la conciergerie nous indique qu’il ne peut rien faire lorsqu’un chien aboie jusqu’à 2h du matin. Aucun retour de la part du directeur ni d’excuse ni quelque soit le geste commercial. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette hôtel à nos amis. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par le manque de communication de la direction. Nous avons demandé à faire le ménage un certain jour ils ne sont pas passer le bon jour. La chasse d’eau était cassé à notre arrivée, des problèmes de réfrigérateur qui selon la direction peut attendre le lendemain.

L'appartement était spacieux, propre et agréable. Sinon, dommage que les ascenseurs étaient en panne ! Dans un bâtiment de 14 étages ! De plus, le téléphone dans l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas.
