Very bad manager

We found a very unpolite manager during our check-out. We paid the but their machine just had broken. We were in a hurry and had showed the payment confirmation on the screen of our cellphone. The manager was 30 meters far from us but asked the employees to take our personal phone to her room. It was not polite.

É o melhor hotel de Paranaguá!

É o padrão da rede Ibis. Porém, se destaca em alguns aspectos. O atendimento é ágil e muito simpático. O quarto, cama, travesseiro, banheiro, chuveiro e amenidades é o padrão da rede. O café é muito bom. A região onde está o hotel é boa.

Esta decaindo um pouco a qualidade

desta vez deixou um pouco a desejar, meu quarto estava com cheiro de mofo muito forte, e o arcondicionado fazia muito barulho deixando a noite bem ruim e prejudicando o descanso, havia poeira e cabelos no chão, cama e mesa, o café contuinua bom, mas não havia manteiga individuais como de costume, estava em um recipiente grande e aberto, deixando um aspecto ruim e suja de outras alimentos.

Muito barulho, som alto. Não dormimos.

Apesar da recepcionista ser atenciosa o Check-in foi ineficiente e super demorado. Mesmo sendo idosos, eu 66 e minha esposa 60 anos, nos colocaram eu um apartamento com uma casa noturna bem em frente. Musica alta e muito barulho até a madrugada desta segunda-feira. Horrível!!!

Sensação de insegurança

O hotel tem dois bares/baladas como vizinhos que nos finais de semana ficam com som alto até a 3h da madrugada, a acústica do hotel não é suficiente para atenuar o grande barulho vindo dos bares, logo, não é um local adequado a quem precisa descansar para seguir viagem. Os frequentadores dos bares inclusive invadem a parte da frente do hotel portando bebidas e outras coisas, causando muita sujeira e bagunça ao acesso no hall do hotel, causando sensação de insegurança aos hóspedes.

Prático e bem localizado.

O IBIS Paranaguá ofereceu uma estadia muito boa. Quartos confortáveis (os travesseiros poderiam melhorar um pouco), boa ducha, silencioso e um café da manhã muito bom. Menção especial ao pessoal da recepção, onde a simpatia, cordialidade e satisfação em bem atender ao hóspede foi sensacional - Parabéns!!!

Normalmente a estadia costuma ser agradável, mas desta vez a internet funcionava mal e a recepcção disse que talvez houvesse muitas pessoas usando e era assim mesmo. Num mundo digitalizado em que muita gente trabalha de casa ou em trânsito, é uma resposta decepcionante. Ocorreu no andar 1, talvez o sinal seja ruim para este piso.
