"FIRST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE!! BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WIFI WAS HORRIBLE THERE WAS NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET IT KEPT GOIN OUT AND I WASNT A FAN OF THAT!! THE BREAKFAST WAS MID AVERAGE WHAT I DIDNT LIKE WAS THEY DIDNT HAVE 2% MILK THEY ASSUMED EVERYONE DRANK WHOLE MILK AND THERE WERE NO SUGAR FREE DRINK OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST THEY ASSUMED EVERYONE LIKE SUGAR AND I AM ONE WHO DO NOT!! WE HAD ACCESS TO ATLANTIS RESORT WHICH WAS VERY NICE CLAUDIOS RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT!! THE RESTAURANT AT OUR HOTEL WAS GOOD AS WELL DRINKS WERE EXCELLENT!! I OVERALL HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE I GIVE THE STAY 3 STARS!!!"

"Rented a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. It was better than we thought. Both rooms had kitchens, living space, tables, etc. perfect place for families. Down side, no restaurants in the hotel or spots to enjoy a cocktail. You have to go to other hotels for dining. Hotel is great if you prefer beach, but if you want to spend more time near the waterpark or activities, this hotel is not the best for that."

"The staff was always cleaning and very nice however our room was upgraded and it didn't have working outlets, our wifi kept going out and our TV didn't get but 3 or 4 channels! They came to fix it at least 4 times and it didn't fix it. The pools are very small for the amount of people who were there and the food hours were very confusing and difficult to navigate, especially since reservations were made 2 days out and you couldn't make them till you arrived. I love the Bahamas but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a trip for our 25th anniversary and it cost 4000.00 for 4 nights and we could have gone on 2 trips for that price! Not worth it!!"

"The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill."

"Nice and clean rooms. Washroom could do with some repairs as the water kept filling up the tub when taking a shower. Found the kitchen utensils very useful as we had breakfast in the room. Was a bit disappointed that the rooms did not have internet service."
