"The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for me, close to Place des Arts and the Berri bus terminal. The drain in the bathtub was not well maintained as three inches of water accumulated at the bottom of the tub while I took a shower. The soap dispenser was poorly located in the shower as I hit my elbow hard on it while adjusting the shower head and suffered a cut that bled enough to produce a scar for a few days. I told the clerk about it and showed him the gash when I checked out but all he did was to give me a blank stare and apologize. All in all, I am satisfied with the value I got for the price, despite the little incident."
