"We called from the airport and asked if we could check in early, before we drove there as we had a bit planned for the day and if we couldn’t check in, it wasn’t too big of a deal. The person answering the phone barely spoke above a whisper, didn’t ask who was calling or what room we had; just that “ we should have something in an hour” which worked perfectly for us; as we were an hour away. We got there, and were told room wasn’t ready, but it only should be a couple minutes- again- no issue as we were early. And "

"Booked this hotel for a concert at the Hollywood Palladium. It was a very short 5-7 min walk to the venue. The location was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. You need a key to enter the lobby, so it felt safe. There was a juice and coffee bar at the lobby. The room was very modern and you can tell it was recently upgraded and redocorated. Everything was neat and clean. Will definately stay here again if I'm exploring the Hollywood area!"
