We had a great time. Day time person a little rude but night people.were amazing. Rooms we clean but wear socks floors or not cleaned well. Would recommend for families on a budget. Not to fare from the beach and other fun things.

Screaming and yelling coming from room next to ours had to call front desk 3-4 times before they’d walk to room to get them to stop. Mind you 6:30am this happened. Dirt in bathroom by baseboard, softball size hole in ceiling in shower could see the insulation. Fiancé found bugs in bed. I tripped on a unmarked curb going into the wheelchair accessible room still sore 4 days later. Horrible stay away, and owner is horrible

Drug Haven!
We will never stay at this property again! Someone hit my motorcycle with a crack pipe and had busted glass all around it! People staying there we’re doing drugs and standing outside our room all hours of the night hollering profanity and hitting vehicles with their fist. We called the front desk for them to call the police and the police never came! There was domestic violence in the parking lot and the night manager claimed to be watching them when that happened and we had to call the front desk again. Don’t stay HERE!!

Charged more once arrived
The hotel is nice, clean, very newly renovated! The beds are very comfortable. Only thing I did not appreciate is that upon check in, my room was already paid- but the clerk told me I still had a 30$ reservation fee before I could get my keys. So the total of my room was 133 instead of the 113 that was paid when I reserved it. Same price if you would have called the hotel and reserved over phone. That needs to be fixed, I did not appreciate the other fee once I arrived.

The first room I checked in had whites stains in the sofa bed. The room was not clean. I informed the front desk and they put me in another room. That’s room was dirty, toilet dirty, walls dirty, and there was roaches in the room. I have photos of all of this.

I complain from the time I got into the room it was hot as heck for 3 days an the actual owner didnt care at all. An by us being Hurricane Ida evacuees we were not getting fair treatment it was hard to get a broom or a roll of tissue. If you just so happened to need help forget it figure it out. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
