We had some trouble with the code on the keypad when we arrived but the customer service people were prompt on fixing the problem. The property and very clean and the security was on top on everything. I would stay here again.

Wonderful balcony looking straight at ocean and beach with access from living room and primary bedroom fully stocked with chairs, table, and fun kids beach toys! Beautiful condo. Near swimming pool side elevator so 2nd bedroom could hear elevator going up and down all night. Communication with Property Manager for door codes was easy and fast. Did let them know coffee pot kcup side didn’t work and poured water out instead and when you used carafe side it leaks about 2 cups of water out on the kitchen counter so always had to have a towel ready when making coffee. They said they would send someone to check it out but never did. You have to pay extra for parking, but we felt the vehicle was safe. Would stay at condo and property again if good price.

Revie of the Majestic

Rooms could use some updating, there was mold in the tub jets so we didnt get to use the jetted tub. There is a main sewer pipe in the wall of one of the front bedrooms you constantly here someone flushing from above. The views are great. The condo was comfortable. Very good price too.

The room was clean but had water leaks all through the bathroom ceilings. Even a hole from a leak in one of the bathroom ceilings. The balcony door would not lock. The beds are hard and extremely noisy which makes it hard to move around without waking anyone else. The condo was clean but was not like the pictures presented. It is very dated.

First they sent us an email last minute saying condo at majestic was not available they can find me something I just have to pay the extra fee…..I didn’t want to do that found me a condo at summit the cleaning of condo was horrible even sent pictures. They sent 2 cleaning ladies only stayed for 5 minutes I do not ever want southern company again!

Our tub jets shot our black mold so we had to clean them out to use. The hot water runs out very quickly. Our smoke detector would chirp at night. Could barely use the balcony as our neighbors were smoking so much weed. Between the traffic and the elevator it was hard to sleep. But the condo was nice and we loved the decor.

The room itself was nice with a great view. The resort had a nice little store with a Starbucks and everything you need for the beach. We ate at the little bar restaurant they had in the food was good. The bad expect a 5 to 10 minute wait for the elevator even longer during check-in and out times. And checkout is 9 AM and not 10 AM as advertised.

The sofa bed had dead bugs all over the mattress and we WOULD not use it because of that. Actually, we did not use the couch the entire week because of that. When we arrived, the entire floor throughout the condo was covered in a "sticky" film that we had to mop before we could comfortably walk on. Not sure what was covering the floor, but it was ridiculously sticky and had to be cleaned. Some of the drawer knobs in the kitchen had something resembling "jelly" or other sticky substance all over them that had to be cleaned off The two beds had sand in the sheets before we even slept in them and had to be changed. The size of the condo was great. The overall condition of the condo was great. It did have some issues that was not desirable and we will definitely try not to have to stay here ever again. The check in process is a disaster. Very limited space to park while trying to unload / check out a cart and on a very limited time frame to get all of that accomplished while so many people are trying to do the same thing. Very tight parking and everyone is in a hurry because of the limited parking to get it all done. The parking is a nightmare in itself. Not a fan of the distance to and from the parking garage and the process to go anywhere that needed your vehicle. Forget getting items you bought back to your condo. Not very convenient process of getting to and from places or the items you bought. The overall inconvenience of going anywhere because of the distance t

For any participants in Ironman competitions in PCB, this is a GREAT location and property. Affordable, yet walkable to the Ironman village and the transition area for race day itself. Also a huge bonus getting to look directly onto the beach and waterfront, all while having access to pools and hottubs on the property. It made it so easy to navigate during race prep and easy to return to after a tough competition. Highly recommend!

Love this place

We always stay here for bike week. This year we brought the whole family and will probably be our yearly get away only complaint was the collage kids on the last day digging holes in the sand deep holes made no sense
