Over priced for for what you get. High room cleaning fees and you have to take out your own trash in the trash cans. Bad traffic during a holiday. You can stay elsewhere for a better price. Not to mention after you book there's a high resort fee and you have to purchase arm bands to be on the property after you already paid for the room.

My condo wasn’t up to my standards on cleanliness!! I know there are some that are kept up really good because I had others staying at the same time as me. The elevators…. Oh my goodness.. the elevators are bad.. I had to walk up and down many times from the 11th floor..

Elevators are a huge problem. Had to take the stairs most of the time. Stairwell is rusty and potentially unsafe. Bathroom floor in rental was sticky upon arrival. Bedroom windows were dirty and smudged with what looked like male body parts.

the elevators stink waited 45 mins morning of ck out and then still had to take 18 flights of stairs with tons of luggage…. Elevators so dang hot u about smoother to death on them… you are unable to have anything to drink near the pool not even water my friend got I trouble for having water near the pool and it 100 plus degrees outside

Hard no!!!

2 rooms had the same code next door to each other so I entered in the wrong room by accident and thought my child had been abducted. Night shift desk clerks couldn’t cared less and put it on “another company” handles that. Locked out of our private entrance from the beach at 10pm and had to beg to let another hotel let us cut through their entrance. I am handicapped and couldn’t walk the 1.5 to the public exit off the beach. Construction started at 7am and shook your entire unit. So good luck sleeping in on vacation. Only up side was nice beaches and close to food and grocery needs. I’ll find a VRBO before I stay at another “resort”! Nice people to meet stayed there as well so we met a lot of new friends! Will not stay again though!

The room was dirty, the elevators were incredibly slow, when they actually worked. Everything on the property was over the top expensive. The front desk was short and seemed annoyed every time you asked them anything. The pools were dirty. The info was the most disappointing though. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes, the base boards, walls, floor, and sink sprayer and ice and water attached to the fridge were along with the shower heads were disgusting. There were dead mosquitoes stuck to the walls and the cushions on the wooden chairs were a mess. The parking garage was dark. This was our second time staying here and this stay was disappointing.

Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If they really dont want people to stay there, they shouldnt offer it.

Our room was full of dust & not cleaned properly. Also the ac was out for 2 of the first day's but they did get it fixed. The front door lock was broken so it would have been easy for my kids to open the door so they ended up sleeping with me. The washer & dryers were extremely load. & all beds were so bad we had hard time sleeping at night because they had slopes in them & very hard & also of the plugs for the connections were not good so we had to plug our phone in different areas of the condo. & alot of the dresser cabins were broken. Worst had to be the elevator situation because you would have to wait at least 40 mins to get on the elevator. Also in the parking garage they hit my car & i reported it & never heard back from the resort. Never going back their again

Las recepcionistas muy despotas no me explicaron ni en donde estaba mi condominio ni a que hora era mi salida , mi entrada fue hasta las 6 de la tarde y mi salida a las 10 o sea no pude disfrutar de mi día en el hotel por que entre prácticamente en la noche los pasillos y elevadores no funcionaban tardaban demasiado y cable en las televisiones en los dos medios días que estuve nunca funcionó las piscinas sucias para el precio uno espera lo mejor y el mejor servicio.

Horrible customer service, no one ever answer the phone at the front desk. Brown and yellow stains on the bed covers, a old blue comforter was left in the closet covered with white stains. The shower curtains covered with stains. Other than that the room was ok the view was really nice and my kids enjoyed the kiddie pool.

vary spacious (that i liked) the property was not cleaned well ( we found "stuff" from previous client, one sock in dryer, a toy necklace on one of bump beads) the refrigerator ice maker did not work, washer and dryer did not work (contacted them and they say it would be next day before they can come and fix it) we were leaving the place "next day" so that dint help. the entrance key lock did not work so our door was unlock for 4 hrs before we knew it was not working.... contacted them and they did come and fix it within 30 min... the worst part was the elevator waiting time 10-15 min before you can get one and once we did you had to go like sardines "packed" full of people without face mask... terrible. (had to take stairs), the smell of "recreational" smoking was everywhere, elevator, walkways, even in our balcony you could smell it (we have children) we were on floor 11... i provably will not stay there ever.

Mold in bathroom .

Stay started off decent til second day we noticed black mold in master bathroom. Call and told them, and they sent someone to clean while we was at beach. Came back to black mold still there. Called and they sent a cleaner supervisor up. She cleaned and still left alot of black mold. We ended up having to buy stuff and clean it ourselves. They didnt discount us any of the money we paid for precleaning or anything.

Dissatisfied

Less than 24 hours before we arrived, I got a called saying i owed double for what I paid in the beginning. There was no email or anything on the site saying I was only paying partial when I booked. I wouldn’t have mind if I was informed weeks before that I owed. Waited on the elevator for 45 minutes when first arrived. After getting to the room, the code didn’t work, I had to wait 30 minutes to get someone on the phone for the code. Didn’t have any wash clothes in the room nor WiFi when stated it was WiFi because I still need internet access for work

No internet. Called office they said in the “contract” owner not required to provide password. if so, this should be in bold on first page. Internet is an expectation. Carpet and chair worn and unit needs a refresh. Outside grounds well maintained.
