The towels had dye stains on them . The room smelled bad , the suite I booked was out of air so they gave me two rooms instead .the ice machine didn’t work nor did the room phones so I would recommend you to have your phone . Breakfast was very displeasing. One of the entrance was broken the had to put something in the door to keep it open ! So awful I was very disappointed an they refuse to refund me

Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was great! Very cold ac in room! Hallways smelled bad, probably from old carpet. Long black hair in my bathroom on arrival. Sheets had “water” marks one side, gross. Door stop that folds put as a second stopper was broken. Transition piece from carpet to bathroom was broken. Someone programmed the clock in the room to go off at 4am… was not me and I stayed alone. I will not be coming back. Thanks

Overall the stay was ok, convenient to the City Marina for the Fourth of July celebration which is why we went down. I would love to be able to stay in hotels without the horrible smell of weed stinking up the corridors but it’s everywhere I go these days so not really a reflection on the hotel itself.

Sadly I stayed 2 days in this hotel. The worst decision. Since I entered smells like Marijuana, the neighborhood is not bad the the smell very strong. Bad smell like the drainage wasn't working and the whole place smell like that (poop). I was trying to sleep in the morning and they start making noises like a construction exactly in the bedroom next to me (they was hammering the wall) after I worked 10 hours i was looking to sleep .. i couldn't. The breakfast not enough. Empty waffle jar, no egg, and at 929am they didnt have breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel. Outside look ok but thats all

Horrible experience. Inside of hotel smelled of wet carpeting/fishy smell. Just awful. The odor lingered into my room. Cockroachs in the bathroom. Strange loud machinery from the hotel came on and vibrated the entireroom and bed until early morning . Extremely loud guests and out of control children running up and down the hallway at all hours. Only 3 hours of sleep. Very surprised at this lousy experience! This facility and Raddison will never see another dollar from me. I should of just slept in my car. Folks, if you want to see the people that work at your local carnival, then this is the place for you!!

The property had roaches. I saw one in my room as soon as I got there. The front desk associate moved us to another room on the same floor. That room also had several roaches but they didn’t come out until the next day. I feel like for the price they should have the property sprayed more frequently,because I was terrified I was gone bring one back home in my bag.
