Check-in process was clunky and not user-friendly. It was hard to get ahold of someone when we needed help when first checking in. The condo we booked was not with the resort directly, so working with a 3rd party was not convenient. The condo was clean and had a great view once we were in. Things ran smoothly once we obtained our door access code. It was a little overwhelming on the emails we received for wanting us to buy extras.
