The hotel was clean and not crazy busy! We felt safe! Good location and pool and beach access was great! The manager Akilah was amazing! She was soo kind and thoughtful! We got text throughout our stay from the hotel asking if we needed anything..😊 We will stay again for sure!!

The staff and location were great! Easy beach access and walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and towles were laid out daily. The room was comfortable for 4 people, pleanty of space to spread out. The check in process was a bit of an issue, we had to wait an hou and a half past check in time for the room to be ready, and when we finally got checked in and walked up to our room it was still being cleaned. The staff was very appolgetic for our wait. I liked the touches of text messages to welcome us and to tell us about a bonfire on the beach one night. We will definitely be back.

Certain items in kitchen dirty, but report to manager and room was recreated. The building and outdoor pool area needs some updating. I enjoyed the overall experience and right on the beach and local shops and restaurants. I would like to thank the staff and I will definitely stay here again.

I could only give 5 stars for the customer service but, thry deserve so much more. We had a miscommunication about extending our stay and we ran into a problem on the original check out day. We explained the situation and they went above andbeyond to make it right. Even though we didn't have hot water, we'll definitely be back for the customer service alone. We had a blast!

The location was perfect but if only another hotel. We were suppose to check in at 4 they didn’t have our room ready for an hour after 4. The beds were full of sand the floor was never swept, we didn’t get rags to wash with! The pull out couch had food in it no sheets blankets or pillows for it, it was nasty. Had it been any other weekend than the Fourth of July and availability was an option, after a long drive, we would have stayed else where. The staff was very friendly and did allow us to extend our stay an hour.

The suite 104 we stayed in the first night was amazing . However we got moved to the deluxe suite the next 4 days and those rooms definitely need the same attention that 104 gets . Throw the whole dresser away in the room we were in … staff was friendly though

The room furniture was broken, no hardware on frame of door going to balcony, balcony had bungee cords and we weren’t sure if they were holding it together or not. The room also smelled like fish and not just fish smell from the ocean, like cooked fish smell. There were also gnats in the room.
