Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
Room was not ready had to wait at least 45 minutes. Restaurant food was not that good. Waitress had no help she did the best she could. The front desk was rude and had little interest in trying to make customer service a priority.

Coral by the Sea Hotel
The hotel is very old and basic. Relatively clean but age impacts. Bedding was clean and bed comfortable enough. Room itself felt damp. Air conditioning works and was full blast on arrival. Hard to get warmed up and a thin blanket on the bed was insufficient. All basic amenities provided but no water ...
